Raw Material
Raw Material is procured as per the requirement of the customer. Commonly used grades are En45a, 60Si7, 65Si7, Sup9, Sup9a, Sup 11a. Raw material is inspected with dimensional, Chemical & Metallurgical testing.
Cold Process

Heat treatment
- Walk Beam Furnace with automatic temperature controller installed and hydraulic walking beam
- Cambering Machine with eight station drum type tool and quenching oil tank containing 40,000 Liters of oil fitted with a conveyor.
- Tempering Furnace conveyorised and with automatic temperature controller.
Finishing
- Shot Peening to ensure better fatigue life of the springs.
- Matching Process to manually check each and every spring for any kind of distortion.
- Primer application to ensure long lasting life of springs.
- Bush fitting – Best quality in house Bronze bushing , Silent blocks, sintered bushing as per customers requirement.
- Bush Reamer to ensure accurate and easy fitment of spring pins.
- Eye Grinding with double wheel automatic grinding machine.
- Assembly forming by putting a center bolt ( top quality).
- Paint and packing – Springs are painted in the paint booth and then pallets are made for easy handling of material.
